Applications
Eze™ additives are used in a wide range of PET container applications to benefit:

• Preform injection and mould release
• Blow-moulding feed, line-up and release
• Preform and bottle conveyance
• Preform and bottle packing
• Sleeve and closure positioning

They will also improve the overall container appearance as they successfully protect the part from scratching at all stages in the process.

The Eze™ range of additives are organoleptically tested and suitable for food, beverage, cosmetics and other non-food applications.

Handling
Eze™ process aids are fully compatible with PET and have no effect on colour, physical properties, organoleptic performance or printability of the polymer. They can be supplied as unique products or formulated as functional components within other ColorMatrix additives and colours.

Typical use rates of Eze™ process aids range between 0.05% and 0.2%, depending on the type of additive, customer process and the required effect. As process parameters influence the performance of Eze™ additives, ColorMatrix will assist in recommending the optimal solution to achieve the desired results.
