Foam Core Pipe and Sheet
Another first for ColorMatrix is in liquid dispersed foaming agents for PVC and Foam Core Pipe and Sheet. Our technologies promote better cell structure and lower densities whilst maintaining performance and physical properties.
Exceptional control of pigment particle size and a slight lubricating effect on the liquid carrier reduces abrasion during extrusion and post-processing. This assists the production process, creates more consistent colour performance and gives a smoother surface finish. For printed applications, this allows for significant improvements in print quality to be achieved.
Pigments and dyes are specifically selected to ensure maximum UV, light and weather fastness. Highly accurate dosing at low addition rates also provides exceptional colour uniformity and greater processing flexibility.
