This new generation of customisable oxygen scavenging technology has enhanced oxygen scavenging power that is adaptable according the wine industry's particular product and shelf-life requirements. SolO2's enhanced scavenging capacity is such that even after 3 months of empty bottle storage, often a requirement in the wine industry, a 12 month shelf life is still easily attainable.
Where some oxygen scavengers are tied to particular resin types, SolO2 is flexible enough to be used with any type of base resin from any source. Available in clear or coloured options, it is convenient to handle, easy to dose, with the blend simply tailored to suit whatever bottle size or shelf-life required. This flexibility along with its consistent performance not only makes it an easy solution but also a highly cost-effective one.
