access and use and ColorMatrix will periodically review its

ColorMatrix will not, without the user's permission, give, sell
or provide to others for a fee any information that the user
provides to us, except as set forth herein. ColorMatrix will always
ask for and obtain the user's permission before sharing the
user information with anyone other than ColorMatrix subsidiaries
and affiliates, unless ColorMatrix believes in good faith that the
law requires our Company to do so.
