Technical Field Support Our global team of Technical Service Engineers (TSEs) are trained to assist with product trials, equipment installations, production start-ups and provide full in-house training.
Customer Service Our award winning customer service teams are located globally and trained to handle customer orders efficiently. Our teams have a wide linguistic capability such that in most cases we are able to support our customers in their own language.
Reporting The ColorMatrix CuBase cost/benefit evaluation system is designed to analyse our customers' specific production processes and provides a full report of potential savings that could be achieved by using ColorMatrix technologies.
